Pros

Night and day shifts that accommodated schedules, so if you did something in the morning that wouldn’t allow you to work full time it was okay.

Cons

Temp agencies were used to hire employees, meaning you were given a very low hourly wage along with a huge amount of turnover. You were treated like a child working for the call center, all this for 11 bucks a day and a .25 can’t raise a year. Every single thing you did was monitored to the second you got off the phones to using the bathroom. You were reprimanded daily for the amount of time you spent away from the phones. We’re not talking about an excessive amount we’re talking about going over 6 minutes per hour. Meaning if you took to long in the bathroom you’d hear about it the next day. One manager had it out for everyone and created a very hostile work environment, if you are thinking about working for the call center do yourself a favor and stay away.

Pros

Easy to start, easy to get hired, plus there's no real quotas to fill and it's very easy work. There's also opportunity for overtime.

Cons

Low pay for a call center job and it gets really monotonous and can be a very boring day to day job.
