very employee friendly environment to work. flexible with work schedule and pto. lots of opportunity for upward movement

Cons

right in the middle of downtown, so morning and afternoon traffic can be a hassle especially during special events.

Pros

Lots of good people work here. It's a large enough company you can probably move around if you don't like your current department. If you can stomach the kool-aid you'll probably like it.

Cons

Some folks in HR and senior management have an almost cultish attitude toward the company and seem to think they're doing you a great big favor by allowing your employment. The "classes" they force employees to take are maddening. The test you have to endure after the classes are insulting. They love to brag about their benefits, but I'm not impressed. PTO is limited, health plan is too expensive (for families) etc.
