Great organization with roots in HCA Healthcare to drive purpose for patient care. Growing organization provides opportunities for growth as long as skills and performance support, solid benefits.

Cons

Organization provides expense management services to Hospitals and Healthcare organizations, as a result salaries and wages can be strict. In roles like mine that are facility based, it can be difficult to manage two organizational cultures (facility and Supply Chain specific).

Get to have an impact on clinicians and patients Very good healthcare experience

Cons

Clinical staff hates Healthtrust and questions your every move HCA doesn't treat you as one of their own Pay is pretty awful given what you're asked to do HCA/Healthtrust is probably the worst hospital system you can work for No room for growth whatsoever
