This is an absolute worst agency to work for and it will sour ever working for an agency again. KPI's are normal in recruiting and factor into your commission here, but the way they are configured makes no sense. Recruiters don't place their hires on shifts, that's a different department, but yet the recruiter is held by the standards of another individual? The office games are ridiculous and there is nothing anonymous where anonymity is preached. There is no care in the types of nurses you hire, so long as you get your KPI's. Horrible company and nothing has changed other than the name.
