      Pros

      Upper management I believe is being forced to adapt. A lot of jobs are now work from home on the analyst side. Good work life balance and I believe when in house tools/programs are fixed the company will do good things.

      In house programs/tools, PTO accrual rate, and career development.

      Pay was really good for the hours that were required, not physically intensive just spent a lot of time on feet, environment was incredibly friendly and management was open to suggestions and work arounds, very team-oriented mentality among workers, the monthly food trucks were nice as well

      Cons

      9-10 hour days with most Saturdays out of the month being required, starting time fluctuated constantly making it easier to accidently be late to work, problems can occur easily causing work to slow to a halt or even need to be redone entirely
