Pros
decent pay for what you are required to do. Respected organization as a whole and you get a great deal of exposure to many different opportunities. Many ways to grow professionally with corporate sponsored continuing education if you so choose to participate.
Cons
Very rigid, stuffy and facetime oriented. Flexible work schedule does not exist, terrible vacation policy and PTO. Clunky processes and procedures without any clear direction...i.e. there is a specific way to do things, however, everyone does their own thing and no single source of truth. Lots of unnecessary hoops to jump through to get simple work done...i.e organization can't seem to get out of its own way.
