      The culture is top-notch. The leadership is making strides in changing how "things used to be" to a more employee focused leadership team.

      Currently, there are not many avenues for promotion, but it is being addressed by leadership.

      Misleading, overworked, treated like cattle

      Pros

      health insurance was decent and 401K match.

      Cons

      2% annual raise if you were great, ok or a poor performer. Overworked for 2 years and promised resources every month. Demands increased, profits rose, and then they just kept us working 6 - 7 days all hours...we believed in the company and the verbal praise offered by execs on every call with the entire organization stating how great we were and how lucky the company was to have us. We were so great they acquired a company and gutted the division.
