      Pros

      The people within HealthTrust work hard and care about doing things right for the membership. There is a good work life balance

      Cons

      Senior managment promotions are based on tenure within HCA not competency. Leadership does not keep employees informed with company happenings, may times you find out company information in the press. No bonuses, no performance review raises, benefits are being decreased. No room for growth.
