We can all agree that 2020 was an unprecedented and challenging year on many levels. Our primary intention has been to keep all our colleagues and their jobs safe, and this will continue to be the case going forward. We take the health of our colleagues (both physical and mental) very seriously and throughout the pandemic we have strived to create an environment to support wellbeing. It’s not always perfect, but we try hard, and we are sorry to hear that you did not consider the steps we are taking to be in line with this.
Over the last 2 years, the organisation has invested in its approach to continuous improvement. This has included training colleagues across the business so they can work in collaboration with specialist process improvement colleagues within HTE. We are committed to ensuring that colleagues across the organisation can engage with and be empowered to put forward suggestions and, where appropriate, make process changes without any unnecessary barriers.
As you have stated, we have amazing colleagues in our HTE family, and we want our colleagues to feel valued and cared for. We’ve put in place a number of employee-led groups to support this, and we will continue to work with our colleagues to provide the best possible experience for all.
We take your comments and concerns seriously and will be sure to share them with our team and continue to address such issues.
