      nothing is not a good place to work

      Cons

      Toxic and racist HRVP. She does things to damage the reputation of anyone who works under her. She bullies her employees. She will always put the wrong reason for termination to make sure that they don't find a job within the industry, She will put policy violations just so they can't work under any HCA facility. She doesn't like anyone if they are not as white as her, she discriminates always. and if she doesn't like you, prepare for your nightmare job

      Remotely working from home, my supervisor was the best I've had in the past 2 years versus the 5 before.

      Cons

      Low pay, corporate refuses to issue raises, bonuses are $25 gift cards once a year and very minimal room for growth.
