Pros

Best thing I noticed about this place is that the environment is awesome. They make a conscious effort to participate in volunteer activities, team building workshops and meetings, happy hours etc.....I learned alot about working with people there. It almost felt like a small family environment and I enjoyed it alot. Benefits were some of the best. It took very little out of my paycheck which was awesome. PTO was generous also.

Cons

What I listed above is a distraction for the things that arent good that they are obviously overlooking intentionally. Bad management with poor advice, I never really learned anything from my manager, I learned more from my co-workers based on their experience in this industry than I did my own manager. If you want to be successful its really up to you. I did experience some bullying from a former co-worker, and upon telling my manager, nothing was done about it. Had me thinking if management knew the right employees to hire in the first place if they were so easily fooled by one interview from the person who thought it was ok to bully people in a professional environment. It was more about making the clients happy, not the candidates or the people calling the candidates.

Pros

No weekends, nice HR staff and upper management who tries to boost morale, benefits including mental health, comprehensive training manual, work is mind-numbingly repetitive and easy (which can be a con as well), no micromanaging

Cons

Extremely heavy workload, people in positions of power without the right qualities to lead, high turnover, hit-or-miss one-on-one training, negative and stressed people and atmosphere, departments are not cohesive which causes delays in work, antiquated/unnecessary processes which makes work sometimes extremely tedious, unprofessional workmates at time can foster an unprofessional environment
