      time off approved regardless of pto hours available flexible schedule

      Cons

      No sick days Holiday pay comes out of your pto First 5 years pto accrues at 3.08 hours every 40 hours Management has favorites Constantly short staffed I can go on..

      Salary appears to be in line. In house cafe and work out facility in a newly constructed building.

      Cons

      PTO days are very low...less than 3 weeks starting and you have to take a full day....if salaried. No 1/2 or hour increments. No work from home opportunities. Very open work environment. Offices for AVP and above only. Everyone in cubes...not partitioned. It is a very cliquish environment. New C-Suite team seems to take direction from Sr Executives that have been around for years. Once you are labeled, that is it.

      ALWAYS payroll issues and corporate payroll in Florida is rude and inconsistent. You have to push to get paid for any mistakes that payroll has made in bonuses or additional miscellaneous pay. An environment where things "always depend."
