No micro managing, co-workers make the job worth it.

Cons

PTO is a joke = 8 hours per month for 5 years. Most of your work can be done remotely but they will not allow remote work outside of 1 day.

Leadership seems detached from the needs of employees Under-staffed Burnout is rampant leading to massive turnover Continued Education is marketed as a big draw but given the workload, no time to do continued education Tools to increase efficiency (SQL) exist but are locked behind "positional need". 1 hour "training" on how to use the tools once you gain access which is more like an overview of what SQL can do.
