Leadership was very nice/approachable. They have recently focused very much on career path growth/goals which was nice. Very transparent. Stress importance of helping hospitals. Large sway in GPO space

Cons

Limited Remote/Hybrid work opportunities While I was offered promotions, pay increase was based on your own previous salary instead of the market rate. Essentially have to use HCA hospitals for all healthcare to be covered by insurance
