Pros

Pay and benefits are solid. People are, by and large, pleasant to be around, and the location is nice.

Cons

Management leaves something to be desired. Very little in terms of a consistent direction for projects, there seemed to be a disconnect between what was expected of the tools/assignments that we were given and what those tools are actually capable of, and a great deal of assigned work feels more like busywork than anything else.
