High stress environment at times. No real room to advance as a Supply Chain Tech.

Extremely unorganized! I feel like we do so much manual work that is unnecessary. To list all of the manual will work would be about seven pages long. But just to give a general idea, there is no filtration system on incoming applications. This leads to recruiters sifting through manually to call each candidate. The marketing team is now posting everything and they post inaccurate rates on job postings which lead to a lot of discrepancies during our talks with the candidates. The on-borderers/credentialing, liaisons, payroll team, training group and all other aspects tend to blame the recruiters for everything that goes wrong. There is no accountability except for on the recruiter’s side. You get paid base plus commission, however, the amount of work is not worth the pay. Work life balance is very difficult.
