The software system used by Workforce Solutions is the worst. So many pain points have been created because of this system and it causes daily struggles for everyone in workforce that utilizes this software. The software doesn't do what it needs to do, so many time consuming, manual processes have been put in place and this leads to human error. Sometimes employees are penalized for the errors made due to the system not working effectively. Working remotely is not part of the culture which is shame, as much of the work can be remote but most of the company is not set up like this. In the field offices, there is not a lot of career advancement available. There is so much office gossip and politics it feels like high school and not adults, steer clear if this is not something you want to deal with.

Onboarding process extremely discouraging and deters a lot of good nurses I know from the company. You must do everything online yourself which includes uploading all of your own certifications and filling out massive amounts of online paperwork which gets rejected for the simplest of reasons.
