      Good pay, annual increases and bonus

      Cons

      Absolutely no work/life balance. Workload is extreme Leadership plays favorites and makes use of nepotism, HR definitely works for Sr. Leadership (specifically Directors and above) and line staff. Anyone between those layers has no value

      There is no room for error. They micro manage and act like bullies.

      Horrible Company To Work For

      Pros

      I get a paycheck every 2 weeks. Also, the benefits are good. Aetna insurance and 401k matching.

      Cons

      Doesn't care about its employees. Horrible work, life balance. Wants you to bend backwards for them, but could care less about you and your needs. Low salaries and poorly managed.
