Poorly run

Pros

Salary is good but management is poor

Cons

No work life balance Staff all complaining about the work load and is getting dumped on. Managers do not care how much they dump on you, and you need to stay til the work is done, even after your shift is over. No organization, new hires want to leave. Been here over 5 years and it just gets worse. No improvements

Pros

Salary, PTO are the pros

Cons

Overworked, no family life balance, metrics are measured all day, no transparency, lack of support from managers, layers and layers of useless management. Work is piled on and caseloads increases under guises of “state requirements.”

Some pros and some cons

Business Outlook

Pros

- work from home (I would have quit if I had to go into the office) -401k match 6 percent -salary is better than you find at most managed care insurances

Cons

-expensive health insurance -micromanaging (has gotten worse, although the managers tell you they aren’t micromanaging) -the culture is for workaholics (the expectation is that you go above and beyond and beyond) -it’s corporate branded as caring -overworked and they keep adding more -they treat you like you are lucky to work there and not that they are lucky to have you
