      Pros

      I’ve worked in multiple medical facilities and working as a remote nurse care manager in HF has been the best decision in my life. My manager helps my coworkers and I excel in the job and offers guidance as much as she can. I am always heard by senior management in this company. They value their employees’ feedback and try their best to prevent employee burnout. There are so many resources in the company that will help you do your job efficiently and effectively. The salary and benefits are great!!
