Decent Benefits, great place to learn how to became multitask and do a lot of manual work.

Cons

Fast-paced work environment, rules and process change constantly creating chaotic work style where is unable to balance life/work specially for entry level collaborators, not transparency on employees opportunities, KPI or career paths, Mission, Vision are beautiful focusing on clients but no for employees.
