t has been a positive experience. The company is genuinely committed to providing quality healthcare coverage to diverse communities, which makes the work feel meaningful. Management is supportive and open to feedback, fostering a collaborative atmosphere. There are good opportunities for professional development and career advancement if you’re proactive. The benefits package is competitive, and the team culture is inclusive and welcoming. Like any large organization, there can be occasional challenges with internal communication or workload balance, but these are generally addressed constructively.
