Pros

Still has remote work, good benefits, easy to move between jobs internally for career growth as long as you network effectively, opportunities for skill set enhancement

Cons

Like a lot of larger companies Departments do not communicate effectively, extremely inefficient workflows, never actually perform retrospectives, do not manage uneven work distribution and contributions as teams are expected to "manage work themselves" leading to most of the work falling to a few people with no intervention from leadership
