This company is a great company to work if you are looking learn about the Healthcare Insurance Industry and offers great benefits and PTO. The environment has become very fast paced over the last 7 years.

Cons

This was a high stress environment. Promotions were based on nepotism and not on actual merit. Quantity of numbers hold a greater value over the quality of work. All responsibilities are absorbed by one role with little to no pay compensation, delegation roles often offer little to no assistance.
