      Pros

      remote work, great support, depending on whom your team lead is, you could have excellent support, great communication, or just the bare minimum.

      Cons

      QA rules are getting ridiculous, looks like they try to ding you for everything. constant changing or modifying policies and you have to keep up. A lot of stuff to learn and the pay is low.

      Pros

      It’s a big company but not enough good managers.

      Cons

      If you don’t kiss ya team leads rear end then you will not be treated good. The company has very few good depts but it’s hard to move around. The team lead has way too much power. If she don’t like you she won’t approve you to transfer to another dept. if she don’t like you then you getting extra work. If she don’t like you then she will be disrespectful and always take out her personal issues in you.
