Please avoid this position , they micro manage every detail even bathroom breaks, they pull activity reports , they message you all day through teams asking you what are you doing with a case, they belittle you, make you feel as if you shouldnt ask questions that are on the job aid, they have meetings every 2 days to ask you what is the status of each case, if you have 100 cases they will constantly harrass you about each one. Pto is very difficult to get around any holidays , in this department only not company wide you have to enter pto in 2 different systems making it impossible to take a day around any holiday. The Director has an extreme gaslight demeanor who will make you feel extremely small and interupt and talk down to you constantly. The managers the same, there is no work life balance, only employees who work free till 10pm or midnight are their favorites and even to those they dont value them.
