It's an 8hour a day kind of place.

Cons

The place is so unorganized that you need more than 8 hours a day to get your work done. Social promotion is more important there than promoting people based on job performance. Employees there have the worst attitude based on their perception that they could get fired an minute. It's not a place for career growth.

You will learn a lot in this fast-paced environment. There's a lot of opportunity to move laterally among the departments as long as the individual applies themselves.

Cons

Advancement is tough as career path is not properly defined. Vertical movement is limited as a result and employee retention suffers as a result
