Ridiculous caseload

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Great supportive team and team manager

Cons

Unrealistic caseload. Upper management knows this but they will still penalize you if you don’t get it done. It is not possible to do all of the work required of you without “cutting corners.” They say they are hiring more care managers to reduce care manager caseload but caseloads never go down. They don’t say overtime is mandatory but if you don’t Putin overtime you will fall way behind on your quota of required members to reach each month. This company is constantly signing up new members to “ring the register” even though they don’t have enough staff to cover all of the new members, hence overworked and understaffed Care Managers. They change the way things are done constantly making it even harder for care managers to keep up just when you think you understand something they change it.
