Recruitment/HR and Onboarding makes new hires feel welcome and excited about the position. Facility is located with easy commute. Benefits kick in quick!

Cons

A little bit of disconnect among all management within departments. Preferential treatment to some employees not necessarily based on experience. No set career trajectory to be shared with new employees.

Cons

No ability to move up from lower management into upper management. Inability to create strategy for company regarding departmental functions, All broad company policies created by VP with minimal input from me or my department.
