Salary is good but management is poor

Cons

No work life balance Staff all complaining about the work load and is getting dumped on. Managers do not care how much they dump on you, and you need to stay til the work is done, even after your shift is over. No organization, new hires want to leave. Been here over 5 years and it just gets worse. No improvements

Literally just working remotely I guess, probably other departments and other managers are more genuine but what I’ve seen majority are so toxic for no reason , No stress or high work load should be an excuse.

Lack of expectations Insane Favoritism Sink or swim” training culture Assuming the worse Rick rolling my device (insane I know) Punished for speaking up Harsh responses instead of coaching Belittling (cuz I was quiet lol) Attacking personality instead of work “Too emotional”
