micromanagement and very toxic culture from people who should not be people managers. ego and power trips galore. not diverse.

Overworked, no family life balance, metrics are measured all day, no transparency, lack of support from managers, layers and layers of useless management. Work is piled on and caseloads increases under guises of “state requirements.”
