Good benefits, PTO, and work life balance.

Cons

Systems and processes are very outdated and slow. Your success is highly dependent on your immediate team and direct manager. You will receive a lot of pushback from providers due to general healthcare regulation barriers they refuse to accept. Can feel discouraging due to this.
