Pros
Strong mission and the hiring of new grads. There are a handful of good people who are humble, honest, and hardworking.
Cons
Inflation of Glassdoor salaries and reviews. I worked here for a few years and the majority of the salaries listed for the analyst positions on this site are incredibly far off. I feel that they inflated the salaries to attract new hires, but they pay at least $20K below what’s reported on here. Analysts are required to meet unrealistic deadlines and expectations with an ever-growing client base. Micromanagement is a huge problem all across the board, even in a remote environment. Without going into way too much detail, just Google “micromanagement in a remote workplace” and you’ll understand everything that this company is doing. There is zero respect for anyone below management and leadership, especially for the analysts. There are very few opportunities for growth and promotion, no matter how hard you work. When issues are brought up to management, they double down on toxicity by blaming the bottom tier instead of addressing the issue. Executive leadership claims to know nothing about the toxicity at management level and denies it happening when issues are brought to them.
