The work is interesting and downtown office is in a nice location. If you are friend or family of leadership you will likely do very well here.

Cons

This workplace is extremely toxic unless you are family. Be prepared to be taken advantage of and be set up for failure if a family member sees you as competition. Please read the positive reviews on this site and you can very easily tell they are written by management. This toxic culture starts with the top and truly impacts everyone, hence the very high turnover. I would also add the pay is not even close to competitive. I would never recommend working here if you are an outsider. There are much better opportunities out there.
