Cons

No career path and little support from management. Watch your back. There is no career growth and the pay is at the low end of the bell curve.

Pros

You atutomatially get 401K matching, and four weeks of vacation. There is no dress code. There are company outings several times per year which allows you to build relationships with other coworkers that you don't normally see.

Cons

If you are creative, or talented in any way, keep looking. They are not interested in "Little People's" input. Managements seems to have their own agenda and don't seem to care about subbordonates' suggestions.
