Pros

There are some good, dedicated people working hard to help the clients. Very flexible hours. Lots of remote workers. Very profitable.

Cons

Lack of long-term planning; constantly changing focus for teams; an aging, brittle technical infrastructure. Lack of project leaders leads to needless last-minute scrambles to deliver. Dependable profitability means meaningful changes will likely never be made.
