Pros

Great revenues as a company, new VC has brought an infusion of insights and best practices which will propel the company more quickly into their next round of growth. Very tenured, good people here...a great place to put down roots and grow.

Cons

As an older software company the culture doesn't support what you might think a software company in the 'health' space would look like, but they are growing and hopefully that culture shifts and grows with them.
