There were no pros with a micromanager

Cons

Micromanager did not allow employees to make sales. She wanted us to lie to long term clients about room vacancies. She changed the workflow pattern after 30 days. Very toxic manager

I was able to work flexible hours due to school.

Cons

Local management was abusive and home office was ignorant of this, often looked shocked when they kept coming back to see things were still bad at our location.
