Pros

There are employees in the buildings that care but they are burned out and it's tough to keep your head up.

Cons

Corporate office is out of touch. They parade through a couple times a year with notice so everyone rushes to spruce up and it's not real day to day.

Medication room is filled with old meds they keep cause the lpn doesn’t check to make sure meds are being filled management Likes to have your job on the line when they overwork you and blame you there is NEVER NO supplies for us aides and they have they 7 favorite employees who don’t know how to do they job correctly
