Pros

Management and co-workers are very focused on collaboration and exceeding expectations of the clients. Everyone supports each other.

Cons

Working with other divisions within HeiTech can be a challenge. However there is an effort to standardize across these divisions to make it easier to work as a cohesive team.

Great first week there, but it gets worse as time goes on.

Cons

COI - Conflict of Interest. That's all this company is. Personal relationships where everyone is connected in the office and outside. There are too many family related relationships and lots of inside deals. The JV is just to satisfy the clients. Nobody cares about employee's development and forward progress. There are people stuck there in the same roles for 15+ years. Gee, I wonder why...
