- No strong regional leadership - High turnover in management - Lack of training opportunities, most training comes from trail by fire - Refuse to spend money on repairs. Have a run it till it breaks mentality - Toxic work environment

It's a great place to work, colleagues and managers are very supportive. There is a great training program and managers (or at least mine) are very enthusiastic in helping you progress into better positions to suit you. There are tonnes of other benefits that come with the job that make it a great environment to work in.
