Benefits were good, regular raises, great people to work with. Location managers were friendly and professional.

Cons

Corporate shortcomings: Outdated equipment, maintenance budget low. Not alot of room in the budget to keep equipment fresh. Alot of 'safety' programs created, a front really, none implemented or followed. Shop was in disrepair.

Cons

Hours, management, lack of transparency, leadership roles need some serious updates with historical bullying practices deemed acceptable.
