      Home every night Decent pay "Union" and I use that very loosely... Some new equipment Really having a hard time filling pros in...

      Work/life balance, poor maintenance, shift work, management does not listen to safety and maintenance concerns, safety is sub par, no advancement and ridiculously hard to even make lateral moves

      Pros

      Manager cares so much with staff development. There is always training and on-the job feedback. You will constantly be challenged and improve everyday. The work itself stretches your capability beyond your limit, making you better and better.

      Cons

      Work life balance is neglected. Staff often works long hours for a very long period. During busy periods, staff works around the clock. During non-busy periods staff are bombarded with projects and can work longer than the normal working hours.
