Business Outlook
Pros
It is very flexible, lots of managers are encouraging, the business is great for networking, good pay, lots of opportunities for progression, Hanson will put you through pretty much any training if it supports your progression or enhances your ability to do your role.
Cons
Lower level staff morale is lacking: I think due to the very steep hierarchy, lots of the middle management feels a bit unnecessary, a few less steps up the ladder would make lower level staff feel better able to communicate and have more power. Certain managers are very unprofessional. The values of the business are seen as a bit of a joke in certain areas of the business, as they do not make their way down to the bottom line.
