Chance to meet good engineers Travel around UK meet wider team, expensed Move around locations for work

Cons

Not ambitious for engineers, lacks training scheme Scheme is only as good as your manager is, if in London there's higher qualified managers when moving out to rural areas dampens progression as hr has not planned any scheme for engineers specifically. I would've stayed if that was there
