Pros
Open atmosphere, and fun to work with a bunch of people. Flexible schedule/hours, and great learning opportunities.
Cons
Management does not treat staff like they care, to them you are just a number and they know more people will apply. It is a revolving door and you could easily see 5-10 employee's leave in 3-4 months of being there. In order show their appreciation managers walk around with popcorn and other snacks, like you are a 2 yr old kid and food is enough of an incentive for you to keep working there. Reviews can be unprofessional and blunt, but at least they try. On the same note don't expect a bump in pay; If you haven't been working there for a couple years or close to the management team and their clique they couldn't care less. Learning is all on-the-job and is frustrating because their KB articles are normally 3-4 years old and they don't really provide up to date resources, but expect you to "just know". Most people (advisers, technicians, GM, owners) call in upset because they a) lack technology skills and forgot their password or something else elementary b) are mad that their network went down because the equipment sucks c) Helion messed something else up on a field call or something of the like. Lack of internal opportunities because it is a smaller company.
