Pros

There is a lot of opportunity for growth and advancement within the company. You get to work on a lot of different technologies. Access to technology is not limited by department as it is at other companies. The people are great to work with. Everyone at the company has a desire to learn and keep getting better. The company is constantly growing and improving. The benefits are good and you are rewarded for hard work.

Cons

It's a fast paced environment and that can cause issues. You have to deal with angry customers sometimes, but once you get the issues fixed most are appreciative.

Pros

Many opportunities to learn. Some very talented engineers. Middle Management does their best in bad situation.

Cons

Abysmal treatment of employees, as evidenced by turnover rate. Culture of not caring about customers, only caring about stats like 'Calls Answered'. Customers are usually annoyed by the time they call (and reasonably so). CEO who acts like a child. Questionable managers who seem to have no rules. General lack of understanding towards lower level employees. High stress environment with almost no idea of work-life balance. Low compensation. High turnover rate, low hiring rate, constantly expanding customer base. Highly unprofessional. Culture of berating those beneath you

Pros

Cheap Health Insurance, Dental and paid time off,

Cons

No communication at all, they expect you to "Drink the cool aid" and there customers do hate them as they have a revolving door of Help Desk employees because of the way they treat them a no respect mentality. Customers call in and get someone new every time which makes it difficult for customers to get there issues resolved. Lead times and response time way to long as it can take days in some cases to get issues just initially looked at. No work life balance and their compensation is not on par with the extensive workload. Owner and executives act like a bunch of college boy friends and that comes through in there business practices.
