Pros

Friendly and relaxed atmosphere, generous management (often buys lunch or holds events). Plenty of resources to help you (from fellow employees to a shared knowledge base)

Cons

Knowledge base, while extensive, could have been updated and organized better (may have changed since then).

Pros

Health insurance, experience for entry level IT, paid time off, decent atmosphere. There's not too much pro to put here unfortunately.

Cons

Where to begin? Everything on here is true. Title stating, there is not enough people working for the amount of traffic. People quit or are fired and it takes months to train and find replacements. Turn over is extremely high. Techs get burned out in the never ending cycle of phone calls. There's almost always a hold time to which management will make you aware of this constantly through out the day even though every one is already aware there is a hold time. At least ten messages are sent a day mentioning a queue and hold time. Its actually impossible to not have one because of the circumstances. Because of these messages, you feel rushed. Quality of work decreases immensely because it's just expected to get onto to the next call to get rid of hold times. As experienced people leave or get fired, it would take at least two to three months for a replacement to actually take a good number of calls. Nothing is consistent. You're told to do different things from different upper levels. It's almost expected to stay late even though there is no overtime. Even if overtime was a thing, that would probably make pay normal for the work the grunts do.

Pros

-Paid Health care -Paid time out -paid certifications (maybe??)

Cons

I honestly don't want to sound like a broken record with everyone else but every one is pretty spot on. Pay is under what you would expect for the amount of work you put in. All your punches are monitored. You better not clock out on time at 5pm or 30 secs before it because you will be written up for it. You are expected to stay late and work plenty of overtime everyday. They track who stays late and who doesn't and use that during your review periods against you. You are expected to be at the office for an off the clock morning meeting 10-20 mins before your shift starts. They do not discuss this in your interview or your job offer. If you aren't there you are late and will be talked to or written up. Pay for those above entry level is pretty much not up to par with the amount of over time you are required to put in. Also if you do any onsite projects, make sure you do everything 100% correct or you may be let go. You are required to do on site projects to get ahead even if you excel at your position. It is also tough to build relationships with your coworkers since employees come and go like a revolving door. Within 6 months there were 18-20 people that either left or were terminated in some shape or form. Also when you leave or make a mistake management will send out emails to other employees. Some of which are very unprofessional and you will be put on the spot and put down. If you get hired keep your head low, and keep to yourself. You never know when you may do or say something that will get you fired on the spot. Also read the company hand book and keep to dress code 100%. I could go on for a bit, but if you read all the other comments that others have made it would be correct.
