The company itself is terrible to work for. Management is condescending and rarely makes the employees feel appreciated. They will assign projects with very little instruction and expect you to do the job perfectly anyway; when you don't, it's your fault. Many of the employees are overworked and miserable -- the atmosphere is dismal and there is little work-life balance for those in systems.
The biggest problem in the company is the executive team. They treat their employees like they're lesser people simply because they don't drive BMWs or spend time in their second homes in tropical locales. They flaunt how much more money they make for incompetent work on a regular basis. It's like working for a bunch of 12 year olds who make too much money. You may also note that the majority of the 5-star reviews here are very short and written in the style of management. That being said, if you're management, you'll make money and get respect. If not, you can expect to be miserable and stressed out 24/7.
