Challenges for working here are aimed directly at your self-worth and self-esteem. This should be ironic, when you consider the people trying to make you feel small and stupid are the same people with less education and sense of morality than you, but sadly you will soon be conditioned into believing this is acceptable.

There is no amount of medicine on this earth that will make the president/CEO/owner a normal, decent person. He acts like everyone is beneath him and he treats his employee's like dirt. His favorite thing to do is to humiliate his employees in front of their co-workers. I guess he thinks it makes him look important. When in fact it makes him look foolish. But people with egos like his don't realize it. People that know him and have to deal with him know he is horrible person and a nightmare to deal with. Sad part is the company could be great. But because of his morals and his ego, he will just run it into the ground. It's not the first time and probably won't be the last time. Greed is an ugly trait. If I had to compare him to something - he's like a puppy mill owner..
